Andrew Luck

Andrew Luck got shut out of the Super Bowl on Sunday. The Pro Bowl continues to welcome theColts quarterback with open arms.
Team Carter made Luck the first selection in the Pro Bowl Draft on Wednesday night. This is the second consecutive year Luck has been the first pick in this format, which was launched last year. Luck was also the first overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.
Consider it all a reminder that Andrew Luck is very, very good at football. He told NFL Media's Chris Rose that being taken first overall was "neat." Cris Carter joked, "We're going take a little air out the football for him, though."

The second pick in the draft was also a quarterback. Team Irvin selected Cowboys star Tony Romo. Romo joked earlier in the telecast that Irvin wouldn't be allowed on the plane back to Dallas if he skipped him in the draft.
"This is a special event, just for anybody who gets to play in the Pro Bowl," Romo said. "It's just an honor to really play in the game. I don't care if your first or last or any of that stuff, it's just lucky to be a part of it."
